Yenni Chavez

After I began preparing tax returns for friends and family out of concern that they were not geƫng the best result, I became interested in learning more about tax preparation. Shortly after, I had the opportunity to work as an accounting assistant for a small firm, where I did tax preparation and learned about payroll processes. Already interested in this field I decided to further my education and in 2019 I received my associate degree in accounting from Columbia Basin College.

Formerly joining Christensen King in February 2022, I worked for four years as a tax preparer for a large national tax preparation company. While at Christensen King I have gained more experience in payroll processing, quarterly reports, bookkeeping, and excise tax returns, in addition to preparing individual and business tax returns.

I live in Pasco with my husband, three sons and daughter. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family and serving in our church and community.
